Athene Senior Housing

Athene is an apartment community for seniors over the age of 62. With attractive and inviting community spaces, Athene’s 91 studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartment homes will welcome you home. Athene is located just blocks from the Eastrail corridor and The Village at Totem Lake, which features shopping with a variety of retail and dining locations.

A Vibrant Community

Athene has 91 apartments ranging from studio to 3-bedrooms, 71 of which are publicly available to anyone whose income qualifies and who are over the age of 62. Please see the Eligibility page for more information. The other half of the apartments are available via referral for seniors exiting homelessness.

Our energy-efficient homes help residents save on costs. Athene has a welcoming community room where residents enjoy spending time together and participating in programs coordinated by the Community Engagement Specialist. Wi-Fi is available in common areas. Residents have access to laundry facilities and secured garage parking.

This community offers Resident Services Programming with an Imagine Housing case manager. When you choose to live at Athene, you have access to a diverse team of skilled professionals and community partners that deliver individualized support to meet you where you are and to create a place to call home. These services are optional and available to all residents. 

Athene has a robust Resident Programs team, which includes a Community Engagement Specialist who hosts community building events and other socially coordinated services to residents.
